Our exclusive “See-It-For-Yourself Program” is an opportunity for you to see our dresses in the comfort of your own home. We will UPS Ground ship a gown of your choice. The color and size will be chosen by Ali B Maids and based on availability. There is a service charge of $25 (per dress) to cover shipping handling and insurance fees. Please note that we do not cover the cost of sending the sample(s) back to us by a trackable method. We regret that it is unlikely that the sample you receive will be in the color you intend to order, this is due to the enormous numbers of possible combinations of styles, colors, materials and sizes that we offer. Please also note that all styles are subject to availability. Your credit card is needed for this order and will serve as a security deposit for the cost of the dress never to be charged unless the dress(es) are not returned by the due date.
Sample dresses are due back ONE WEEK from date received. You will be able to keep the sample dress for a few days, and then it is due back to us at the address listed on this form. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING FEES INCURRED TO RETURN TO ALI B MAIDS, LLC. A late charge of $20 per day may occur. If the dress(es)are lost without standard tracking details then the value of the dress(es) will be charged if we do not receive them back.
