Dupioni silk fabric has a lustrous sheen and characteristic small slubs that run horizontally across the fabric. It falls in soft folds when draped and is the most versatile fabric. Please be advised that in certain fine fabrics, such as 100% Dupioni silk, there may be irregularities, which are characteristic of this fabric and should in no way be thought of as a defect.

What is Chiffon?
Chiffon fabric is a thin, light material made from silk. Our faux silk chiffon is an elegant, sheer fabric with soft, beautiful drape and crepelike texture.

Fabric colors vary from roll to roll and may not be the same as the color of the swatch you receive on our sample cards due to dye-lot variations. All shawls, makeup bags, men's pocket handkerchiefs and extra fabric need to be ordered at the time dress orders are placed to ensure dye-lot consistency.
